This is a specialization where I take an overly blunt or pointy nose and create an original structure that flatters the rest of the sculpt.
I’ve jokingly called this the Komorebi Rhinoplasty Special, but really I treat it like carving marble. I can see a new shape suited to the overall harmony of the face, and I create it with carving alone. The shape is created out of existing resin: so a ski-slope cannot suddenly become Roman. Instead, the forms are crafted to harmonize with the entire face seamlessly.
The above doll is pictured after the modification. It’s impossible to even imagine the original shape. The new nose must harmonize completely with the sculpt for this effect.
To qualify, I must see the sculpt from the above three angles. If the sculpt is a good candidate, I will create a new and flattering ideal shape for the doll. The results are not interchangeable or reproducible. This is a one of a kind customization, and requires absolute trust, so please plan accordingly.
During the process, clear forms are carved out to echo the forms in the rest of the sculpt.
